It shouldn't have even gotten to that point. The moment she took more than a couple you should have stopped her and said that's enough. It will never cease to amaze me how people are OK with just letting people like this get there way and would rather just complain about it on reddit. Like I know conflict avoidance is a thing, but there has to be a limit. I'm even more annoyed that the organizer tried to placate her by giving her what she wanted after she had already taken more than her fair share.
