Kumaraswamy on Saturday said he would welcome those disappointed in the Congress following the Cabinet expansion if they wished to join the JD(S).Speaking at Haradanahalli in Holenarasipur taluk, the former Chief Minister said he had noticed Congress legislators expressing disappointment over not being given Cabinet berths, even after being promised one.“If they wish to join the JD(S), I will welcome them.
