That said, I need to clarify something. When I first started posting my predictions, I honestly didn't think anyone would read them, let alone actually follow them. It turns out that this is not the case. For this reason, I feel I need to make some things clear. For me, these predictions are 100% valid, and I confirm them one by one. However, there is one very important point that became particularly clear in yesterday's BTCUSD prediction. I said that all the areas of interest were below the current price, with one small exception: an area of interest around 65,063. As you can clearly see, that level was reached. However, someone could have immediately opened a short position because all the other areas of interest were below the price. The problem is that the price first made a move upward toward the 65,063 area of interest. If someone had followed the levels as an immediate short signal, they could have been stopped out before the price eventually moved toward the lower areas. This is exactly the point I want to make: Knowing where price could go does not mean knowing when it will get there. I don't think I will ever be able to know with certainty whether price will reach the long area first and then the short area, or the other way around. For this reason, the only way we can protect ourselves, as much as possible, from movements in the opposite direction is through proper position sizing. By managing the size of the positions correctly, we can limit the risk of these unexpected intermediate moves. In my first predictions, I included the three positions and their respective R/R ratios directly on the charts. I will take the time to add the position size I use as well — or, more precisely, the way I size my positions — so that it is clear how I approach these trades and how I try, as much as possible, to protect against price excursions in the opposite direction. The levels tell us where price may go. They do not tell us when it will get there.
