Atletico Madrid are reportedly set to bid again for the transfer of Tottenham centre-back Cristian Romero, but has Fabrizio Romano also hinted at an Arsenal hijack?According to his latest post on X about the Romero saga, Romano said: “Atlético Madrid will send new bid for Cuti Romero soon as Molina and Almada exits are done with Ruggeri expected to follow.“Atléti will bid for €40m package, trying to avoid any hijacks. Talks still ongoing on player side.”This follows Romero being linked with Arsenal recently by both Romano and the Athletic, and it seems Atletico are eager to move quickly to avoid being beaten to the Argentina international’s signature…???
