"I definitely miss the community side of running a prop firm," Sam Bradbury said after acquiring the operating assets of Get Funded Now. The deal closed on August 5.The transaction returns Bradbury to direct prop firm ownership two years after he exited Glow Node. Financial terms remain private. The deal covers the Get Funded Now brand, intellectual property, customer accounts and operating assets, Bradbury told FinanceMagnates.com. Current terms name Bradbury Capital Ltd as the operator. What Bradbury Capital AcquiredBradbury Capital has assumed responsibility for existing trader accounts and future customer obligations. Bradbury said Get Funded Now had no overdue payouts or unpaid service-provider debts when the transaction closed.FinanceMagnates.com could not independently verify the status of every account at completion. Bradbury Capital was incorporated in the UK in March 2026, and Companies House lists Bradbury as its sole director and controlling shareholder.Get Funded Now previously operated through Dubai-based TIGOGI FZCO. Vadera is leaving operations. Bradbury described their relationship and the handover as amicable, and said the founder would focus on his G7FX trading education business.I’m excited to announce that I have officially acquired Get Funded Now.— Sam Bradbury (@SamBradburyFX) August 10, 2026Owner Sits on Both Sides of Supplier RelationshipsGet Funded Now has used technology from Propriotec Ltd for about two years. The contract will continue. Bradbury co-founded Propriotec and controls between 25% and 50% of the UK software company, according to Companies House.Bradbury said Propriotec recently became part of Quant Technology Group alongside YourPropFirm. QTG sells operating, risk and payout infrastructure to prop firms, and describes YourPropFirm as serving more than 85 firms. Those figures are self-reported.Rage Creative will handle marketing. Bradbury is also a director there, giving him ownership interests in the prop firm and in two businesses supplying it.Bradbury said Get Funded Now would receive those services under the same commercial and confidentiality arrangements as other clients. Its customer data would not be shared with competing technology customers for commercial use."The fact that I have ownership interests ... doesn't change those obligations," Bradbury wrote in response to questions.Glow Node Payouts Addressed in the Exit, Bradbury SaysBradbury identified Glow Node as the subject of his original claim that he had built one of the industry's largest prop firms. He later narrowed that description. There was no official ranking, he said, calling Glow Node one of the more established and visible operators of its period.Glow Node was among the firms tracked by FinanceMagnates.com during the MetaTrader disruption in February 2024. Later that year, Glow Node disclosed that 36 traders were waiting for payouts before its accounts were transferred to Sway Funded.Bradbury said accounts showing profits were paid during the exit process, while active accounts moved to replacements. Some customers also received refunds and replacement challenges of the same size. FinanceMagnates.com could not independently verify the outcome of each case.Glow Node had a small team while Propriotec was adding technology clients. Splitting attention between the operator and those clients had become difficult as products changed, according to Bradbury."At the time, selling it felt like the responsible decision," he said. The sale allowed the team to continue supporting the technology business.Prop Firm Deals Continue After the Market ShakeoutAcquisition activity has continued after an FM Intelligence estimate found that between 80 and 100 prop firms disappeared during 2024. Platform restrictions and operating problems pushed some brands to close, migrate or find buyers.Instant Funding acquired Funded Trading Plus in May 2026, combining two operators while keeping their accounts and rules separate. In March, IQ Option owner Quadcode bought a stake in Game 7, which runs FPFX Tech, PropAccount.com and BullRush. The Quadcode investment joined prop firm technology and operating brands under one ownership relationship. Bradbury's purchase also crosses that line because Get Funded Now buys software and marketing services from companies in which he has interests.New Funding Models and Platforms PlannedGet Funded Now generated a profit in each of the past three years, Bradbury said. No financial statements or figures were provided to support the claim."There's already a good business there. My job is really to build on it," Bradbury said.He plans to update the website, introduce instant funding and two-step evaluations, and add more trading platforms. Some former Glow Node employees are also expected to return.Get Funded Now currently sells evaluations using simulated accounts. Its website says Get Funded Now is not a broker or financial institution and does not undertake regulated activity. This article was written by Damian Chmiel at www.financemagnates.com.
