Ahhhh, I'm a coast person. For me more than 1-2kms doesn't count as near the sea. If you need a car, that's inland. It's actually the house that makes it unrealistic for Spain tbh. My mom's 130sqm flat in the North 5 mins from the beach is valued around 220k and she just bought a 90sqm in the South also 5 mins from the beach for 150k.
