A Kerala consumer commission has ordered Abhi Bus Service India and its partner operator to pay Rs 30,000 in compensation and refund the ticket fare after a couple, including a woman recovering from surgery, were sent to a wrong pickup point in Ayodhya, travelled 10 km by auto to the correct location, and still found no bus running at that hour.
