He flew back to Delhi after participating in the rituals on Tuesday. Speaking to reporters in Mysuru, Mr. Siddarmaiah expressed confidence that the Cabinet expansion would be finalised by Tuesday evening, when a meeting is scheduled to take all decisions in the regard.However, he said questions related to the date and time of the expansion should be directed to Chief Minister D.K.
