We know Jack Reacher will appear on Neagley when the spinoff premieres on the 2026 TV schedule. However, that got me wondering: Will we ever see Neagley’s characters on Reacher? Well, thankfully, we got to ask the cast of this new show that question. When Neagley premieres, not only will we get to see Maria Sten’s titular character back in action, we’ll also get to see her with a whole new cast of characters. Notably, this show will be different than Reacher, because it will follow the same set of people if it gets to go on (which could make it a bit deeper than the flagship series). So, when CinemaBlend’s Sarah El-Mahmoud asked Greyston Holt about the potential for crossover during an interview at San Diego Comic-Con, he made a good point about how this new project stands on its own: I think we set the stage that we are part of that universe, but I think our show stands on its own legs. Like Maria was saying earlier, it really does have its own language. And I think what's different about our show, if hopefully we get consecutive seasons, is we're gonna follow these characters, right through it and get to know them more. So, I mean, that's a question for our creators, but I think, ultimately, our show could be its own thing, but still honor the universe.(Image credit: Robin Cymbaly/Prime)In Neagley, Holt plays Detective Hudson Riley. He’ll work closely with the titular character, and I’m really looking forward to seeing their dynamic. So, obviously, I’d also like to see how he fits into the greater world of Reacher. Meanwhile, Jasper Jones will play Keno in Neagley. We don’t know much about his character yet. However, we do know he’d be down to crossover with Reacher, as he told us at Comic-Con: Yeah, I mean, I would love to cross over and play with that. I think one of the appealing things about it is that, at least for the creators, I would imagine, like, Nick Santora and Nick Wootton and them, they get to flex their creativity in both directions, you know? You get to have Reacher who's this badass, you know? And then you get to have Neagley who's this badass, and then you get to kind of see her complexities as well. (Image credit: Sabrina Lantos/Prime)I also think it would be fun to see the creative teams flex their muscles a bit to get a crossover going. While we’ve seen Neagley a lot on Reacher, and we know Alan Ritchson’s character will appear in the new spinoff, it’d be interesting to see how Neagley’s other stars interact with the different world of Jack Reacher. So, in the words of Jasper Jones: I think it’s just cool. Why not loosen the reins a little bit and be able to explore? I see Holt’s point about the two shows being different worlds, and I get that Reacher’s whole thing is that it bounces around and features a new cast with every book-to-screen adaptation of Lee Child’s novels. However, I still think it’d be entertaining to see Hudson Riley or Keno pop up in the world Alan Ritchson’s character runs. If Neagley does go on for multiple seasons, and these two guys become vital characters in her world, obviously, I think it’d be awesome to see how they fare over on the show that started it all. For now, however, they’ll be sticking to Neagley. But have no fear, you’ll still get some crossover because Alan Ritchson is set to appear in the spinoff. So, make sure you have your Amazon Prime subscription ready, because Reacher will begin airing Season 4 on August 12, and it will be followed by Neagley’s series premiere on September 16.
