National Insurance Company has been ordered to pay over Rs 2 lakh to a Thrissur man after a Kerala consumer commission ruled that the insurer failed to produce any conclusive medical evidence to prove his heart condition was linked to a pre-existing disease, finding its claim repudiation unjustified and amounting to deficiency in service.
