The U.S. Under-19 Men’s National Team capped off its perfect group stage schedule at the CONCACAF U-20 Championship on Friday. Gonzalo Segares’ squad rolled past Cuba 5-0 in Mexico as five players delivered goals in the shutout victory. Ruben Ramos Jr scored for the third-consecutive match while four additional players netted their first goals of the competition. Ramos headed the Americans in front after just two minutes, redirecting a header back across the Cuba box and into the bottom-right corner. Goalkeeper Kayne Rizvanovich made just one save to preserve his third clean sheet. The USMNT U-19’s will wait to learn their opponent for the quarterfinal round, which will take place on August 4. Mexico, Costa Rica, and Haiti have also sealed their spots into the last eight with four more spots still up for grabs in Saturday’s group stage action.
