Tata Power Company has completed acquiring Ryapte Power Transmission Limited. This acquisition involved a full 100% equity stake in the special purpose vehicle. The transaction was an all-cash deal for the transmission project. Tata Power paid ₹10.87 crore to secure complete ownership.
