Silver Reversal Signals Yet to AppearSilverOANDA:XAGUSDSteven_DikeJuly is drawing to a close; what will silver's future hold? From a macro perspective, the Federal Reserve has repeatedly emphasized that its primary task is combating inflation. Therefore, the market expects the Fed to raise interest rates to cool current inflation. Against this backdrop, US Treasury yields and the US dollar index remain relatively strong, continuously suppressing silver prices. From a technical perspective, silver has formed a series of bearish candlesticks. The double-top resistance is around $59, with the next resistance level at $60. This means silver is currently under significant pressure. The key level to determine silver's strength or weakness is $57. A break below $57 would indicate a bearish bias. Therefore, I believe silver is currently in a range-bound trading pattern. Today, I plan to go long on silver in the $57-$57.2 range and go short in the $58.8-$59 range.
