Wednesday's live racing program at Saratoga Race Course has been canceled due to torrential rain impacting Saratoga Springs, according to a press release from the New York Racing Association.Saratoga Race Course received more than four inches of rain overnight with two or more inches expected on Wednesday. The National Weather Service has placed the region under a flood watch through 9 p.m. Eastern.Wednesday's featured Listed $150,000 Curlin Stakes presented by Casamigos will be brought back on Sunday with entries to be taken Wednesday.Saratoga Race Course will be closed to the public on Wednesday. In addition, Aqueduct Racetrack will also be closed for simulcasting on Wednesday.Live racing is slated to resume on Thursday at Saratoga with a nine-race program.
