I see some of you on here being prescribed up to 5mg of finasteride. My dermatologist won't give me more than 1mg because it's "off label" and normally meant for men. I told her people online get a higher dose than me and she just said "We don't do that here." I like my doctor. I've seen her for many years and I don't want to dump her.
