I mean... her chances of conceiving with one or two rounds of IUI are pretty slim. I did a few rounds of IUI in my late twenties and you get told certain things will increase your chances of IUI working (we crammed our IUIs in as soon as possible after my HSG for this reason) but none of this makes chance of conception "high." At most, IUI gives you the same chance of conceiving from month to month as the average 18-20%. She could probably conceive with IVF depending on what her husband's sperm looks like but they definitely can't afford that lol.
