Open the monthly chart, draw the levels and then come down to weekly time frame, you'll realise that the price is just retesting the BOS ($190-$200 area) mentioned in the screenshot. Will the price react and go up or go down, nobody can say for sure (they are lying if they do), what we rely on is probability and the HTF (weekly) clearly indicates that bulls are still in control. That being said, I am 100% technical trader, I do not care about the fundamentals or breaking news, its just noise to my ears.
