Delhi government is preparing the Land Records Bill, 2026 for property Aadhaar cards. A scientific survey of every property will be conducted across the National Capital Territory. This modern digital land records system will extend to urban areas and all property types. Authenticated digital property records will eliminate ambiguity and reduce land disputes. The bill is expected to be passed in a special session later this year.
