Breakout Completed, Is a Pullback Next? | EURUSD 01/08EUR/USDOANDA:EURUSDAdrian_NovaTraderMarket Overview EURUSD has delivered a strong bullish expansion after breaking above the recent consolidation range and reclaiming a major H4 break point. The impulsive rally suggests buyers have regained short-term control, while price is now approaching a nearby buy-side liquidity zone where profit-taking may occur. Based on the current Smart Money Concepts (SMC) structure, the breakout above the descending trendline and the successful reclaim of the previous resistance strengthen the bullish outlook. Rather than chasing the impulsive move, I prefer to monitor how price reacts if it revisits the breakout area. Current Structure H4 market structure has shifted bullish. Price is holding above the reclaimed breakout point. Buy-side liquidity rests around 1.1540–1.1550. The breakout support at 1.1460–1.1470 is the key area to monitor. The H4 Order Block near 1.1380 remains the major support if a deeper correction develops. My Bias My bias remains cautiously bullish while price holds above the reclaimed breakout zone. A short-term pullback would be healthy after the recent bullish displacement and could provide another opportunity for buyers to defend the new structure. Expected Scenario I expect price to test the nearby liquidity around 1.1540–1.1550 before entering a corrective pullback. If buyers successfully defend the 1.1460–1.1470 breakout support, the next bullish expansion could target the major buy-side liquidity around 1.1600–1.1620. Key Levels TP1: 1.1545 (Near-term Buy-Side Liquidity) TP2: 1.1600–1.1620 (Major Buy-Side Liquidity) Support: 1.1460–1.1470 (Breakout Zone) Major Support: 1.1380 (H4 Order Block) Invalidation A sustained H4 close below 1.1460 would invalidate my current bullish bias and increase the probability of a deeper retracement toward the H4 Order Block around 1.1380.
