FIFA has approved the Polish Football Association (PZPN) to test the new Football Video Support system in Poland. The system allows a head coach to request a review of a referee's decision by filing a "challenge". Each team can make up to two challenges per match, but if a challenge is successful and the referee changes the decision, that challenge is not used up.
