A new Emerson College poll in South Carolina finds Ralph Norman (R) leading the filed for the Senate special election primary, followed closely by Darline Graham at 19%, Russell Fry at 12% and Mark Sanford at 11%.A quarter are still undecided ahead of the August 11 election.
