Vedanta Aluminium Metal reported a threefold profit increase in the June quarter. The company announced an interim dividend of Rs 8 per share for shareholders. Consolidated revenue climbed 45% to an all-time high of Rs 21,105 crore. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation more than doubled to Rs 10,499 crore. Aluminium production reached an all-time high of 632,000 tonnes last quarter.
