Thank you. 🌞 GOOD MORNING EVERYONE 🌞 Yesterday's daily candle made a bearish break of structure (BOS) below the previous lows. The weekly and daily structures remain bearish. Will that still be the case after tonight's FOMC? Will the Fed surprise the market with a 25 bps rate hike to fight inflation? Or will they simply signal a hike in September? Has the market already priced in that possibility? We'll find out tonight at 20:00 with the FOMC statement, followed by the 20:30 press conference. For now, I'm staying cautiously short, unless the levels I've marked are invalidated. The main area I'm watching is around 4050, where a retest could provide a positioning opportunity. Otherwise, I'll be looking at 4080. If price rejects the 4030 area and gives me confirmation, I may consider a quick long entry toward the zones I've marked.
