I've never sold a single commission a day in my life. Not to mention i'm now a traditional artist and no longer have access to digital art, which makes comms that much harder. I know I could make prints of old art but then that's not a commission. I'm really good at paintings/painting realism but only in my style of monochromatic color palette. On occasion i'll paint with other colors however it's not as fun and the quality therefore decreases. I want to start selling my artwork because i want to major in studio art and use some comms on my portfolio. Any advice? My mom says she would help me make prints, i think if i sell enough prints she would let me do comms. I'm currently 16 which i why i mention my mom and i wouldn't do anything illegal for that reason too. ALSO, i don't have a social media and was planning on mostly only promoting via reddit. submitted by /u/Frosty_Hurry_1812 [link] [comments]
