[Hiring] Business & Marketing Partner for AI Engineering Studio - Remote

Wait 5 sec.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for someone interested in partnering with me to build an AI engineering studio. I currently have the technical side covered. I'm a software/AI engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience across software architecture, AI systems, automation, full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems. I also have a small engineering team I can bring into projects when additional capacity is needed. I'm currently building an AI engineering studio focused on: AI automation & intelligent workflows AI agents and multi-agent systems RAG / knowledge systems Internal tools and enterprise platforms Cloud infrastructure & system architecture AI-native products We already have a portfolio of real systems and projects to build from. Who I'm looking for I'm looking for someone who is stronger on the business/growth side than I am. Ideally, you're interested in things like: Marketing and positioning Sales and lead generation Client relationships Business development Partnerships Outreach and networking You don't need to know how to do everything. I'm more interested in someone who is proactive, curious, and genuinely wants to build something. Why I'm looking for a partner Honestly, motivation is a big part of this. Building something alone can get difficult. I want someone who can push me when I'm slowing down, and I'll do the same for them. Someone to brainstorm with, celebrate wins with, work through problems with, and keep each other accountable. I'm not looking for an employee and I'm not looking to simply outsource sales/marketing. I'm looking for an actual partner. I'd take ownership of the technology, architecture, engineering, and technical delivery. You'd take ownership of business development, marketing, sales, and growth. We'd figure out the exact structure and responsibilities together. If you're interested, feel free to comment or DM me with a little about yourself, what you're good at, and what you're currently working on. I'm much more interested in finding the right person than getting a huge number of responses. submitted by /u/Aqua_Leo [link] [comments]
