A consortium of banks led by SBI has told the Bombay High Court that ₹8,751.86 crore remains recoverable from Vijay Mallya, despite ₹10,270 crore recovered so far. The disclosure counters Mallya’s claim that lenders have recovered more than his outstanding dues.
