​ Hi everyone! I’m a new grad RPN and I’ve only been working at the bedside for about 2 months. I have an upcoming interview for a casual RPN position in an outpatient surgical/ambulatory clinic. I was just wondering for anyone who has interviewed for a similar position, what kind of questions did they ask you? Were they mostly behavioural questions or did they ask a lot of clinical/scenario-based questions too? I’m just trying to get an idea of what I should expect and what I should prepare for since I’m still pretty new to practice.
