Auto insurance question for those nurses that drive around for work

Wait 5 sec.

I got a nursing job where I drive my own personal vehicle to visit clients in the community and sometimes give them rides to medical appointments. Company I work for has insurance that will cover us if we have a catastrophic accident (like we totaled our car) but suggest we get a business rider to cover everything else if we incur issues while driving for work. I don’t know much about business riders for auto insurance and still have to do research into how expensive it is and what it entails but, I’m wondering…How many others in similar jobs actually get a business rider? What are people’s thoughts who have a similar job driving around and transporting clients occasionally? Thank you! submitted by /u/outlandishly-awkward [link] [comments]
