First ever 3d model. How do I make it smoother?

Wait 5 sec.

Hi! This is my first time ever making a 3d model (excluding some school project in elementary school where we made basic shapes anyway) and I know basically nothing about what I'm doing... As you can probably tell. I'm actually really happy with how it's turned out so far since it's all just for fun for me, but I was wondering if anybody had any tips? I've been basically just making spheres and stuff and sculpting them with the drag/move and smooth tools. Is there any more efficient way to make shapes? Also, how do I get the model itself to look... Smoother? As you can see on the face (specifically the nose), there are parts that seem a bit jagged, as opposed to the hair where everything is smoother. I see people make these incredible things on this subreddit and while I don't expect it to be a quick process, I just have no idea where to begin. If you have any youtuber's/playlists/articles for me to check out, I'd love to see those too! Thank you! submitted by /u/kanesuit to r/NomadSculpting [link] [comments]
