I've added invoices to Local PDF Studio, the Chrome PDF editor I build that never uploads your files. You fill in a ready-made one on the page, the total adds up as you type, and you download a PDF or open it in the editor to sign. The choice I made was where a finished invoice lives. You already save the invoices you send, so instead of keeping a list inside Chrome, I put everything you typed into the invoice PDF itself. Load it later and every field and the logo come back, so the next one starts filled in. The catch: lose the PDF and there's no list of past invoices.
