Canon India President and CEO Toshiaki Nomura said the Japanese technology company has held discussions with key semiconductor manufacturers in India and plans to bring its lithography technology and service centres to the country. Canon sees a major opportunity in India’s growing chipmaking ecosystem and aims to support manufacturers as domestic semiconductor projects progress.
