Malta appears to be having a rather unusual week, with another completely naked man spotted on the side of a street, marking the second bizarre incident involving public nudity to emerge in a matter of days.Footage sent to the newsroom shows the man standing naked on a pavement at the side of the road, apparently wiping himself after seemingly relieving himself nearby.The circumstances leading up to the incident are unclear, and the footage alone does not establish exactly what happened before filming began.It is also unclear where the man had come from, why he was naked or whether any authorities were called to the scene.
