I have PCOS too, and I stopped getting ovarian cysts after I got pregnant at 35. I was told I'd never get pregnant either, and I was super fat when I got pregnant. I actually was grateful for that, cuz I had REALLY bad HG and lost 60lbs the first 6 months of my pregnancy. The weirdest thing is that my kidneys are now COVERED in cysts. It used to only be my right kidney, with a "spot" on my left, but when I had my next CT scan with contrast a year later, my right was simply covered with them too. I don't know if they can move like that, or if I'm just unlucky enough to have developed them in both areas, but fuck if it doesn't suck.
