Traffic i Houston is just as bad if not than what they say LA traffic is. Gas is also extremely high. Houston is so large that getting anywhere from one side of town to another can take an hour or more. This person should be paying $250 minimum a week given the amount of gas and mileage someone would have to put on their car to transport the beggar.
