The White House was going to hit no matter what.“Who gives a f*** who we put on it? So they’d rather put me on another card.“They wheel McGregor out for the second one so it’s a double economic take.“I can’t decide what these men do. I don’t doubt them but it’s like the fighters right now are cattle.“But I happen to be free range, I’m like wagyu walking around the farm.”McGregor even suggested he feels fighters are being treated like ‘cattle’GettyMcGregor clearly wanted to fight on the bill, but he has been left out alongside Jon Jones who was also vying for a spot.McGregor at UFC White House didn’t make ‘financial sense’McGregor remains the biggest superstar on Dana White‘s roster, despite barely competing in recent years. It is clear to see just how big of a draw the veteran is, with his UFC 329 return set to break the promotion’s all-time gate record. With the White House card already seeing huge logistical costs, a lucrative purse for McGregor was off the cards. And the former two-weight champion’s manager Audie Attar insists the UFC were simply looking at the financial benefits.“The UFC is actually donating so much in terms of giving up gate revenue,” he added.UFC ScheduleFor all the upcoming fights and results this year, check out talkSPORT.com’s UFC schedule.“They are making it up in different ways with the fan zone.
