Senglea’s streets are set to glow this month as ĦĠEJJEĠ returns on 27th June, bringing together bonfires, live music, cultural workshops and community storytelling in one unique evening experience.Running from 7:30pm to 11pm, the event will transform the historic city into an open-air cultural trail, with eight different music spots set-up across Senglea’s picturesque streets and landmarks.Each venue will be marked by a traditional bonfire, inviting visitors to wander through the city, discover local musicians and explore some of Senglea’s most beautiful and historic locations.An interactive map will help attendees navigate the route, making it easy to hop from one performance to the next.But the experience doesn’t stop there.A free guided train service will run throughout the evening, offering visitors the chance to learn more about Senglea’s fascinating history while travelling between venues.Those looking to dive even deeper into local culture can also take part in a series of workshops focused on food, music and storytelling. Registration is required for all workshops, and places are limited. The night will reach its grand finale at the recently restored Fort St Michael, where the final bonfire will be lit.
