For the past several months, every time I drive past this section of the M2 near Cleveland and surrounding areas, there has been a heavy stench in the air prompting me to close all my windows. I have tried to google what this source of this could be (the area is somewhat industrial so I assume it might be a factory or something similar), but to no avail.
