EUR/JPY — Long After Sell Exhaustion, Recovery [Quantum Algo]EUR/JPYOANDA:EURJPYQuantum-AlgoEURJPY Context: EUR/JPY had a clean directional move last week. The previous Sell signal fired at 186.20 and delivered a full move down to 183.50 — over 270 pips of follow-through. After bottoming, price has been carving out a recovery structure. Now a fresh Buy signal has fired at 185.50, signaling the rotation back to the upside. Why this setup works — three confluences: Sell signal fully exhausted — the prior Sell on this chart played out its full move. The sellers have taken their profit. A counter-signal firing at the opposite extreme of the move tells you the rotation is complete and the market is preparing for the next leg Higher low structure forming — after the 183.50 low, price has built a series of higher lows. Each pullback is bottoming at a higher level than the last. That's the earliest mechanical confirmation that buyers are taking control of the structure Reclaim of prior support-turned-resistance — the 185.50 zone was support during the original sell-off. It broke, became resistance during the bottom formation, and is now being reclaimed as support. Polarity flipping in real time A Buy signal fired at 185.50. We took it. Trade management: Entry: 185.50 Stop Loss: 184.40 — below the recent higher low and demand structure TP1: 185.95 — mid-range resistance, 50% off, stop to breakeven TP2: 186.20 — extended target at the prior Sell zone for 100% exit R:R: ~1:0.4 to TP1, ~1:0.6 to TP2. Invalidation: Close below 184.40 — the higher low structure breaks and the recovery fails. The lesson: When a directional signal delivers its full move and a counter-signal fires at the opposite zone, the rotation is complete. Most traders stay locked into the previous bias and miss the turn — they short the recovery, fight the buyers, and get squeezed out. The disciplined approach is reading the phases. Sell delivered, bottom formed, recovery built, Buy fired. Each phase has its own setup. Trade the phase you're in, not the one that just ended. Signal fired. We took it.
