Usually, you can get by with your existing car but with new car seats. I live in Zurich. Swiss do not need a car or consider them as a requirement for procreation. If any Swiss needs any of the things they've asked for, those things are provided to them. However their savings will be checked, which is the point here. They can afford these things.
