IS HEAD AND SHOULDER PATTERN IS FORMING NASDAQ 100 IndexNASDAQ_DLY:NDXpixoxelit seems like we are doing to downtrend but we need to watch one or two days to see if NDX cross new high or follow the downtrend . IF it breaks downtrend line and beat new high then it is bullish if not then certainly it is bearish signal .
