The plan is this: Once the 4hrs bounces and completes its upside move then it will retrace again or print a sideways move giving TIME for the Daily to get in sync and be at its lowest point That I called "Make it or Break it Point" Once is at that point and if the TIME is right then we will have a breakout. For now a test to the $140 - $142 is on the table and once it gets there and most important how it gets there will tell us if its next Daily leg up will be strong enough to break the recent $163 high.
