RKT didn't hold its Zero Line and it came back down to square one. RKT is in the 4hrs TF buying zone. We have the Weekly in Bullish Mode with plenty of TIME to the Upside and we have the Daily in Bearish Mode and about to complete its Bearish Cycle and also at this moment in TIME the 4hrs TF is about to complete its Bearish Cycle meaning that the Daily and the 4hrs TFs will be in sync at the "Make it or Break it Point" the question is, Will the TIME be right when they get in sync? That nobody knows but we can speculate by the price action on the 4hrs TF and we can say yes the probabilities are to the Upside so we take a position ahead of the crowd .
