After multiple years in early access, the legally distinct Pokemon-like game Palworld is getting its 1.0 version very soon. It came to PS5 in September 2024. Palworld is not available on Nintendo Switch. Nintendo sued Pocketpair in 2024 on patent infringement accusations. The game was updated in 2025 with "compromises" due to the legal matter.
