While these higher costs may eventually be passed on to customers, analysts are not yet raising their FY27 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure revenue target due to a lack of certainty on contract specifics.Apart from this concern, analysts at the firm are otherwise confident about their FY27 OCI estimate due to comments coming from the management that data center development is “on schedule or ahead of expectations.”We update our model to reflect gross margin pressure from cost inflation, offset by the ~$800M annualized opex savings from Oracle’s ~11k headcount reduction.
