Two Israelis were arrested, one for spying on behalf of Iran and the other its terror proxy, Hamas. By Pesach Benson, TPSIsraeli authorities said they arrested a man in his 20s suspected of spying for Hamas, in the second espionage case announced on Monday.According to the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), the suspect, from the Israeli Arab town of Kafr Qassem, distributed inciting propaganda on behalf of Hamas on social media.The suspect’s interrogation revealed that he shared videos, photos, and messages intended to cause panic, misrepresent the activities of Israel’s security services, and discredit Israel internationally.An indictment is expected to be filed today.Earlier in the day, the Shin Bet announced the arrest of a Bat Yam man in his 30s accused of spying for Iran.According to the Shin Bet, the suspect maintained contact with Iranian intelligence operatives in the months leading up to his arrest and carried out various assignments on their behalf.Investigators said the relationship began through a social media platform at the end of 2025.During that period, the suspect allegedly agreed to perform tasks requested by the operatives in exchange for financial compensation.An indictment is expected to be filed in the coming days.The post Israelis arrested for spying for Hamas, Iran appeared first on World Israel News.
