EURUSD 15M How to Spot a Trend Reversal from Bearish to BullishEUR/USDOANDA:EURUSDFXSMARTTTitle: In this lesson, I will show you how to identify a trend change from bearish to bullish step by step. Step 1 – Break of the Last Lower Low The first sign of a potential reversal is when price breaks the last lower low. This creates a lower low in a downtrend. But wait. This alone is not enough. Step 2 – CHoCH (Change of Character) After breaking the last low, price must form a higher low and break a previous high. This is called a Change of Character. It confirms that sellers are losing control and buyers are stepping in. Step 3 – Wait for a Pullback After the CHoCH, do not chase price. Wait for a corrective pullback. The best pullbacks usually retrace to the 50% – 68% Fibonacci level. Step 4 – Look for an FVG or Demand Zone Inside the Fibonacci zone, look for an FVG (Fair Value Gap) or a strong demand zone. This is where price is likely to reverse and continue up. Step 5 – Enter with a Plan Entry: After price reaches the demand zone or FVG and shows bullish confirmation on a lower timeframe. Stop Loss: Below the 61.8% Fibonacci level. Take Profit: The recent swing high or previous resistance. Risk Management Rule If the stop loss is too wide and the risk to reward ratio is less than 1 to 2, skip the trade. Never risk more than you are willing to lose. Patience is key. Example on This Chart Price broke the last low. Then we saw a clear CHoCH. Now price is pulling back. I am waiting for price to reach the demand zone between 1.15100 and 1.15250, which aligns with the 50% – 68% Fibonacci and an FVG. If I get bullish confirmation there, I will enter long toward the recent high. If the stop is too wide, I will simply wait for the next setup. Remember Reversals take time. Do not rush. Let price come to you. Confluence is everything. One level is not enough. Wait for Fibonacci, FVG, demand zone, and confirmation together. Not financial advice. For educational purposes only.
