Hi everyone, I just had my laparoscopy and would love to hear your thoughts on the results. No endometriosis lesions were found, so no biopsy was taken. However, some adhesions were removed (could they be causing my symptoms?), and the surgeon said that my uterus looks like it could be adenomyosis, which I unfortunately don’t know much about yet. I also have a uterin fibroid measuring 2.5 × 2.8 cm. The treatment he recommends is either an IUD or the pill. My symptoms aren’t limited to my lower abdomen, though—they also affect my digestion and cause discomfort in my upper abdomen. What do you make of this? Has anyone had a similar experience?
