Following the breakout, price respected the first fresh demand zone created during the impulsive rally and produced a strong bullish reaction from that area. Currently, the market is moving back toward the origin supply zone that sits behind the demand area. This supply zone has not been fully mitigated yet, as price only partially interacted with it during the previous move. Because of this incomplete mitigation, there is a strong possibility that Bitcoin may revisit the supply before making its next significant directional move. My primary focus is not on blindly buying the supply zone. Instead, I am waiting for price to revisit the area and print a clear bullish confirmation pattern. Potential confirmations may include: ✅ Bullish Engulfing Candle ✅ Inverse Head & Shoulders ✅ Double Bottom Formation ✅ Break of Internal Structure (BOS) ✅ Strong Rejection from Demand within the Zone Another important factor supporting this idea is the presence of a relatively large IFC (Imbalance/Fair Value Gap) candle behind the supply area. Markets often tend to revisit and partially fill these inefficiencies before continuing in the intended direction. A retest of the supply zone could simultaneously help fill that imbalance and provide liquidity for the next bullish expansion. Trading Plan Bullish Scenario: Price revisits the highlighted supply area. A bullish confirmation pattern forms. Long positions can be considered after confirmation. Targets can be projected using the pennant breakout measured move and previous swing highs. Invalidation: A strong bearish break below the highlighted demand zone would weaken the bullish outlook and suggest further downside liquidity objectives.
