Okay I realize I probably exaggerated how little you need to do to take care of a cat, but I had a cat for 10 years growing up, it was an outside cat though. Obviously we did play with it and socialize, but you don't actually NEED to do a lot of that. And hot tip, if you don't want to take care of a cat, don't apply for this housing. If I needed a place to live, I would LOVE to take them up on this offer, taking care of cats for a 12% price drop would be amazing...
