I think this is a perfect time to step into the market as a seller. Bullish Confluences: Elliot Wave, A perfect Elliot Wave pattern is showing. The 5-wave impulse has completed, and we've begun our correction phase. If we stepped in now, we could follow wave (c) down to around the $14.20 area. Fibonacci Sequence, Many might ignore Fibonacci because there's no reason for it to work; however, historically it does not, not because of a mathematical formula that doesn't correlate with the stock market, but because people think it does, just like many other technical analysis confluences. So I’m still using the tool, especially when I’m trading Elliott waves. The (b) wave clearly responded around the 0.318 line and now might form wave (c) and drop down to the 0.618 level. Volume Profile, Price is trading around the VAL after being above it for a while. I think we can react to this. However, the biggest help received from the volume profile is the POC acting as a perfect anchor for the price to want to fall onto. I placed my take profit slightly below so that wave (c) is as big as wave (a), perfecting the Elliot Wave. Where I’m wrong: We’re still trading around the VAL; we can’t confirm an actual rebound quite yet. If the price rose above the VAL again, the correction would be invalid and wed have a bullish change of character and possibly start a new impulse.
